Due to our 52 years experience in manufacturing electricity panels, using the modern sciences and the provided standards, Tayf Asa Co. has produced pre-made posts since 2010. It is necessary to mention that pre-made posts are safer, despite their small size. Like previous earth posts, they can be arranged in different ways. Meanwhile, they can be easily maintained and repaired during their operation time.

Concrete Pre-Made Substation (Anti-Earthquake)

The useful experience of using metal pre-made posts in different regions of the country and due to urbanization development in recent years caused that employers consider necessity of using pre-made posts in urban passages and installing high-resistance posts against physical damages with capability of urban beauty. As a result, manufacturer companies of pre-mad posts took necessary actions to design new samples of such posts with high resistance and durability.

Since 2011, Tayf Asa Co. has designed and produced pre-made concrete posts with different capacities. The posts are designed and tested based on IEC 61330 Standard. There is used anti-sulfate cement type 2 or 5, which the cement fineness is 400 kg/m3. There have been also considered necessary valves to move cable and proper air ventilation in designing the posts.

Anti-earthquake and possibility of durable and various painting of concrete pre-made posts are some of important advantages of the posts that have increased their demand during time considerably.

General Specifications

There is used a complete metal bar network inside the concrete body in the produced pre-made posts by Tayf Asa Co. It increases hardness of the post body, which enhances its safety against physical damages, in one hand and it has provided transportation possibility for all regions of the country and even neighbor countries (including Iraq), on the other hand.
